Honey Roasted Serrano Sauce

This unique sauce starts out sweet from the honey and as the heat kicks in the flavours of the garlic and rum add complexity and the basil and lime give to a bright citrus finish. A medium hot sauce that works well with eggs or fish dishes.

Pineapple Mango Habanero Pepper Sauce 
🌶️🌶️🌶️

Fresh Pineapple, mango and habanero peppers all smoked with real Hardwood slowly cooked with vinegar. Cilantro and spices, this sauce has a wonderful bright fruit character with great balanced heat that works well with fish and light meats.

Habanero & Peach Pepper Sauce

This is a very complex sauce. Both the peaches and Habaneros are smoked with real hardwood and then slow-cooked with Mustard, Molasses, Brown Sugar, and spices to give an incredibly rich sauce that has great flavour and intense heat. Use this with all red meat or grilled vegetable dishes.

Roasted Ghost Pepper Sauce

Carrots, Garlic and Ghost Peppers are all smoked with real hardwood and finished with distilled Vinegar and a touch of honey to give you and pungent extremely hot, hot sauce that has great heat but still retains wonderful flavours. Use with caution!

Blueberry Reaper Pepper Sauce

Local Blueberries, Green Onion, Orange Juice, Lime Juice and Carolina Reaper Peppers make this sauce very fruit driven with a wicked kick on the finish. This Sauce is not for the faint of heart. Use wisely!
